We proudly produce all our own smoked goods. From our wood-smoked bacon and ham to sausages and nitrate-free wood-smoked bacon, all supplied from Gooralie Free-Range Pork. We truly believe in offering the best quality products for our customers, so this means doing it ourselves to ensure our level of quality is consistently met.
